As a family-owned company, Delaware Valley Paving has always been built around values that were passed down — not passed off. Dave’s sons, Eric, Tom, and Kyle, grew up in the business from an early age, learning the industry firsthand by working on crews, operating equipment, and managing projects in the field. That hands-on experience continues to shape the company today, driving a culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
