Delaware Valley Paving offers residential and commercial paving services, including asphalt installation, repair, seal coating, drainage solutions, and related maintenance work throughout the Delaware Valley region. All service offerings are described on our website or in written estimates.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date may receive a full refund minus any non‑refundable fees (e.g., materials).
  • After work has begun, cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total contract value.

 

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide services “as is” and make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in written contracts. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
